SMOKING CAUSES SNORING?

HAVING SMOKE PROBLEMS SOME MORE?

It's been long since i posted anything on smoking and secondary smoking. Well, the point that i'm trying to reach here is that : SMOKING KILLS! so.... STOP IT!

i have a few pointers that i came across when i was reading articles on smoking. This article has some good and strong points for readers out there! to me it's simple, short and straight to the point. So smokers, READ THIS:

When people try to stop smoking they don’t really understand the 2 specific problems they face and there attempts to stop smoking fail.

WEIGHT LOSS FOR TEENAGERS

Lots of teenagers nowadays can gain weight much faster than adults because of their body metabolism, at such a young age. Some people are blessed with skinny bodies even though they eat A HELL OF A LOT! But dont think that, even though skinny people don't get fat, they should worry too. This is due to this simple question : The Fat that skinny people eat, where does the fat go if they don't get fat? It might be that all the fat that they absorb MIGHT GROUP STRAIGHT AT THEIR HEART!
So skinny people, be aware.

Anyway, i'm just submitting this article to create some awareness to YOU YOUNGSTERS out there. Even though you're young, it doesnt mean that young people don't get High Cholestrol or even DIABETES! Just remember, all sickness is bound to happen even though to youngsters!

Here are my weight loss ways for you guys to read!

The First and Most Important Rule of Teenage Weight Loss

1. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF! EAT HEALTHILY.

Every so often we hear about a teenage girl starving herself to reduce weight quickly in order to attend a special function, a dance or a prom. The person that I have in mind was about eighteen years old, let say her name was Brandi. Brandi wanted to loss approximately 22 pounds in 5 weeks to attend a wedding as a bridesmaid. She wanted to be noticed by by her friends, and in particular one boy.

During that time frame the most weight Brandi could have expect to lose and still maintain her health was about 10 to 12 pounds. In her effort and without getting her doctor's advice decides to starve herself. So she went off and starved herself for until her desired weight was accomplished.

What happened? Later, I learned she lost about 8 pounds within 2 weeks. During that time she developed spots all over her face and body. Yes, you guessed right, Brandi was not able to attend the wedding as a bridesmaid. Brandi spent several weeks under the care of her doctor undoing the damage she had done to her body by starving herself. Teenagers, let this incident be a warning to you! "When we stop eating, we stop giving our bodies the nutrition it requires to stay healthy and it begins t malfunction."

2. Take "DIETING" away, take "HEALTHY EATING"

The primary reason why adults experience weight problems and eventually become ill is due to them undertaking drastic measures or unhealthy weight loss diets during their teenage years. Teen Diets should not be considered until their physical growth has been completed This completion in teenagers usually occurs around 18 years of age.

Until that time teenage weight loss should not be considered without consulting your doctor. He will recommend dietitian who would be able to recommend a safe and healthy diet. A diet which would permit healthy growth and weight loss control.

3. Dieting-Damaging To Young Kids

Yes, dieting can cause health problems in teens. During your teen years, between the ages of 12-17 years, approximately 90% of your body frame structure and bone mass of an adult is laid down as a foundation. This not the time to be depriving your body of the essential vitamins which it requires like calcium, vitamins C&D.

During these years, even a short period of "strict dieting" could lead to a low bone density level. Low bone density weakens your bones in your later years; they become fragile and are susceptible to fractures and breakage.

Teen Dieting can also lead to low levels of frolic acid and iron, both of which may prevent you from becoming anemic. An anemic individual tends to be constantly tire. Their intellectual performance becomes impaired.

There are other health problems which are associated with teens undertakings "strict diets", but there are too many to mention here.

4. Meaning Of Healthy Meal.

Teens, as long as you eat a variety of foods, from the 5 major food groups (fruits, vegetables, grains [rice, pasta, oats etc] lean meats, dairy, low fats) in the right portions you should get all the nutrition you need.

5. Certain Foods are Not Off-Limits

Healthy eating doesn't mean depriving yourself of higher-calorie foods, like ice cream, pizza, cheeseburgers etc. You can enjoy all these foods and others in moderation.

6. Snacks on Fruits to take away that sweet tooth!

Take snacks of freshly slice fruit to school with you. You can also include some Walnuts or Brazilian nuts to munch on.

7. Eating Well

Make sure that half the plate contains vegetables and the remaining half divided equally between protein (meat, eggs, beans) and carbohydrates (rice, pasta, potatoes). When eating pizza, go easy on the cheese and pepperoni an heavy on vegetables and fruit.

Well, i've done my part in taking care of Teenager's weight loss. Now it's up to you to follow it or not. Remember, Eat Healthy, Live Healthy!

GREEN TEA! one mighty way to weight loss.

I tell you what, if it's that hard for you to actually lose weight, there are some alternative ways with just a little bit of spending. I think this is the most cheapest and one of the easiest ways to actually lose weight with careful diet!

Let me explain why :

Most people know the green tea has many benefits for people. However, there has begun to be talk about whether or not it really can make someone shed pounds. I have been drinking green tea for over five years and have not seen any benefit myself. However, in a few studies it has been shown to work.

The reason why I did not lose any weight is most likely because I had sugar into mine. I am guessing that the people that drink green tea did so without adding sugar. The problem with that is that it tastes disgusting. There is no way that I could drink 20 ounces of green tea without adding sugar.

If you do like it without sugar, then this should work. If you do not like it without sugar and think that you can stand it without sugar, then this should work. However, if you do not like it without sugar and don't think you can drink it even if it helps you lose weight, then you are out of luck.

There isn't enough research to prove that this really works. They've done on a few test groups and has shown some promise. I however have stuck to proven ways. The good thing is that you have plenty of weight-loss options. The reason that it is good is because all of our bodies are different. Something that works for me might not work for you. With all the different options I was able to find something that at least worked for me.

Green tea might make me lose weight, but I'd rather stick to all the proven options. Good luck on your weight-loss goals and I hope you find something that works for you too!

The Death Of A True Genius

Michael Jackson.Foul Play? Or is it just his time?

Michael Jackson. Who doesnt know this name?I basically grew up with this name.A true genius and a total MASTERPIECE at work. If there ever was a true music genius, then this is the name. Also known as the KING OF POP, he made his way through the music arena since 5 years old. YES!That's almost 95% of his life dedicating his soul through music. A true genius.

THE SHOCK

Well,every morning my routine was to go to work,but at that particular morning, i didn't listen to the radio. When i came in the office, my good man Dharanee & Mus announced the worst : " Michael Jackson Passed Away". That really made my heart stop.Out of the blues,after hearing all sorts of insults and ellegations towards Michael, he's gone. Just like that!

My condolonces and sympathy goes out to his family. He was and still is the KING OF MUSIC.

To me, wether he's gone or not,still unites everybody from around the world! No matter who or where you are, Michael Jackson's LEGACY lives on. And it will still go on forever! I basiccaly grew up with his song,and listened to it over and over again. I never get bored with his songs! that shows that his songs ARE THE BEST!

In the case of quitting smoking try to make the penance a bit more fun. Think of punishments that will negatively reinforce the fact that you are smoking but also raise a little banter and fun with the people around you.
If you are a sports fan, one thing that might work is every time you smoke you have to wear the football/baseball/basketball shirt of your bitterest rivals for the rest of the day or for a couple of hours. People can rib you about wearing the shirt and you can explain why you are doing it. This will give you more motivation and help you stay focused. You can think of any sort of fun punishment really.
